"We are working diligently to make Branson Zipline and Canopy Tours the area's best Eco-Adventure experience. Thousands of man hours are being spent right now to ensure that every visitor this spring has the time of their life." Emma Hamilton, General Manager
"We have learned from months of research, that in many markets these canopy tours are sold out weeks and months in advance. We are strongly advising people to book their tours as far in advance as possible to ensure that we save them a spot during their vacation." Emma Hamilton, General Manager
"The construction process for a project of this size is really amazing. On any given day, there are several different crews on site working on different elements of the project at once. Specialty internationally certified contractors are being used to construct the canopy tour and zipline elements. They are working closely with our local contractors who are building the parking lot, roads, and putting in the infrastructure not directly related to the ziplines. This is all progressing smoothly. There have been, as you can probably imagine, many construction related challenges. We have had a lot of help from various governmental agencies, too. For instance, without the cooperation and help of MODOT and Taney County Planning and Zoning we would have never been able to embark on this project." Emma Hamilton, General Manager
"I have really enjoyed working on this project. Every single element has been thought out, discussed, and researched. From things like the location of each and every tower to the names of the tours - nothing happens without a reason. To be a part of this process is really exciting and rewarding. I cannot wait until we are open and able to share this experience with Branson's visitors. I'm confident that the planning will be evident to all of our visitors." Emma Hamilton, General Manager
"We plan on opening as early this Spring as possible. There are a lot of variables that will come into play to determine our actual open date. For this reason, we are not offering any reservations prior to May 1, 2010. We hope to open earlier than this. But, we feel confident that we will be in full operation on May 1 and are able to offer reservations from that day on." Emma Hamilton, General Manager
"Safety is our foremost priority. We do not believe in shortcuts. The contractor building our course has many years of experience and is a respected and certified member of the ropes and challenge course industry. He has supervised construction of courses all around the globe and is an ACCT certified course inspector. All guides operating the zip line tours will be course - certified and will be held to the highest standards. Participants can simply relax and enjoy the ride." Emma Hamilton, General Manager
"People often ask me "What is the difference between a canopy tour and a zip line?" The answer is that a zip line is a line between two points that is traversed by a participant attached to a pulley. Zip lines have been used for many practical purposes throughout history. A few years back, some industrious and creative individuals in Costa Rica discovered that zip lines can be really exciting. A canopy tour is a series of zip lines and catwalks that are built in the tree canopy. This gives the participant a unique and exciting way to explore the tree canopy. At Branson Zipline and Canopy Tours we are offering two different experiences. The first is the Ozark Xplorer Canopy Tour, a 2+ hour exploration of the tree canopy via a series of zip lines and walkways. The second experience is the Blue Streak Fast Line which is a single zip line from the top of the hill to the bottom with some surprises. A combo of both tours is also available. All tours will include a tram ride to the top of the mountain." Emma Hamilton, General Manager
"This is a great opportunity to make memories with your entire family. We designed our course so that age is no barrier. Zipping is a fun, rewarding, and safe activity most everyone can enjoy. In fact, we are planning a wall of fame for all participants over the age of 85. This is also one of the only attractions in Branson that offers a discount to seniors. So as long as you weigh between 70 and 275 pounds and meet health requirements, this is the adventure for you." Emma Hamilton, General Manager
"Like any new business we are going to be filling several job openings in the near future. We are looking for charismatic, reliable, outgoing individuals who enjoy ecology and adventure. We will be looking for the best employees out there because they will be held to very high standards. Additional information and applications are available at our website, bransonzipline.com, as positions become available." Emma Hamilton, General Manager
