Branson Zipline Adds Snowflex® to its Summer Attractions in Branson
Branson Ziplines is excited to announce that they have partnered with Briton Engineering Departments Ltd to design and build the USA’s largest synthetic tubing run using the high performance snow sports surface Snowflex®.
Located in Walnut Shade, near Branson, Missouri, Branson Zipline offers a wholesome environment where friends, families and groups enjoy a tranquil setting, spending quality time together with an abundance of activities to do.
Situated in the beautiful Ozarks, the on-site activities include a variety of family programmes of exhilarating zip lines, canopy tours, and walking safaris.
Despite all these wonderful activities the Branson Ziplines and Canopy Tours business is not standing still. The facility is expanding the ability to offer the traditional winter activity of tubing throughout the spring, summer and fall with the inclusion of a purpose designed and built Snowflex® tubing slope.
Allowing up to eight tubes to run down the slope simultaneously, the 88m x 18m (290’ x 60’) Snowflex® tubing slope has been designed to give maximum thrills to children of all ages, and all in the beautiful setting of the Ozark Mountains in Branson, Missouri.
Craig Combs of Branson Zipline said "We have been pleased with the knowledge and experience that Briton Engineering Developments has brought to our project with their willingness to design and build something that is consistent with our objective of delivering first class entertainment to our guests. Briton’s design and the product Snowflex® will enhance our operations and continue to allow us to bring family and friends together in a unique and inspirational environment. We are very excited about offering this opportunity to families and groups in the summer of 2017.”
Phase 2 of the Snowflex® facility will include a fully fledged Snowflex® snowsports facility to be built in the next two years.
