Branson Zipline Course Manager

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: Responsible for day-to-day management of the zip line courses, equipment, and property. Prefer 3 years of previous zip line or challenge course experience, management experience preferred. Must be reliable, mature, personable, organized, good problem solver, and have good social skills.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the condition of the course and property. Conduct and report required safety inspections. Responsible for scheduling and implementing staff training, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. Manage equipment and supply inventory. Oversee and conduct tours, provide a interactive and enjoyable experience for participants.
 
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of previous zip line or challenge course experience, certified ACCT guide and trainer preferred. Management experience a plus.
 
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Daily responsibilities will include strenuous activities such as hiking, climbing, and lifting, etc. Must be physically able and willing to perform all tasks and work in all weather conditions
 
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must successfully complete necessary training. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule, nights and weekends are required. Applicant must successfully complete pre-employment substance abuse testing and will be subject to random substance abuse testing.
 
COMPENSATION: Salary is base on applicant's experience. Benefits are available.

 
 
Guide/Facilitator for Branson Zipline and Canopy Tours at Wolfe Creek Preserve

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: Provide orientation for guests and  guide them through various zip line tours while providing a safe,  enjoyable, and engaging experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be responsible, reliable, and able to take a leadership role. Must have an outgoing personality and be able to comfortably interact with people of all ages. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Applicants should be at least 18 years old and have an  interest and/or background in ecology and eco-adventure.  Applicants who have experience in forestry, the amusement park industry, conservation, local history, spelunking, or advanced medical training will be highly considered. 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Daily responsibilities require employees to engage in strenuous activities such as hiking, climbing, and lifting, etc. Must be physically able and willing to perform all tasks and work in all weather conditions. Must be able to work at great heights and successfully complete all minimum activity eligibility requirements, guide trainings, and CPR and First Aid training. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

COMPENSATION: Compensation is based on experience.

 
 
Photographer Needed

We are currently looking for a photographer to capture action-oriented photography for a  tour company in Branson. This is a freelance job that will require you to work approximately two hours twice per week during the day. 

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for capturing photography of the construction of the tour site, as well as action-oriented photography of the site in use.

Work Environment: You will be working independently on-site.

We are currently looking for a freelance writer to handle ad-related copywriting and press releases for a tour company.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for writing concise, compelling text for product descriptions, as well as engaging press releases.  

Work Environment: You will be working independently, so self-motivation and a strong work ethic are a must. 

Remuneration: We will pay $10 per 100 and 200-word product descriptions, $15 per 400-word product description, and $20 per press release.
