About Wolfe Creek Preserve

Wolfe Creek Preserve is the first natural setting of its kind in the Ozarks, melding the natural beauty of the Ozark Mountains with an eco-friendly zip line course through the canopy of the property. In an effort to create a fully-encompassing and educational experience for our guests, we have seamlessly combined the authentic history and legend of the Ozarks, and ecological and geographical facts, with an engaging, fictional storyline in an effort to bring the history and physical science of the area to life like never before!

Initially, our building progress began with careful observation. Wolfe Creek Preserve was extensively surveyed in an attempt to bring the most immersive experience possible to our guests while simultaneously maintaining the natural integrity of the land. Even at the expense of bringing in helicopters to lower the poles for our bridges and zip line towers into place (as opposed to the less costly, though destructive means of bulldozing our way through the property), we strove for ecological responsibility and quality above all.

Throughout our guests' journeys at Wolfe Creek Preserve, they will learn about natural history of the Ozarks through both signs and markers presented along the course, as well as through interaction with our certified guides. Whether spotting a family of White-Tail Deer frolicking along the forest floor or hearing one of the rarely seen bobcats of the area, first-hand experience and educational information combine for an informative outing in the wild.

However, exploring the world around us is only part of what an experience at Wolfe Creek Preserve is all about; the other half is an intrinsic survey of self through challenge by choice. Through our Branson and Zipline Canopy Tours, you will be able to test your physical limits and overcome fears and inabilities to do for self through a safe and encouraging challenge that scales to fit the individual participant and offers participant control.
