- 8. How long is Branson Zipline zip line and canopy courses?
- In total, the zip line and canopy course at Wolfe Creek Preserve features over one mile of zip lines, as well as numerous suspension bridges and walkway's. For all tours featured along the course, you will enjoy a ride to the top of Wolfe Mountain and then descend down the route outlined for your particular zip line and canopy tour.

- 2. What is the tour price?
- The price for the Ozarks Xplorer Canopy Tour is $99.99 for adults, $89.99 for seniors, and $89.99 for children 17 and under.
The price for the Flying Prospector Canopy Tour is $69.99 for adults, $68.99 for seniors, and $66.99 for children 17 and under. A Family Pass(good for 2 adults and 2 children) is available for $199.99(Currently Family Pass must be ordered over the phone 1-800-712-4654)
The price for the Blue Streak Fast Line is $39.99 for adults and $38.99 for seniors and children 17 and under.
The price for the Canopy Adventure Combo is $129.99 for adults and $119.99 for seniors, and $119.99 for children 17 and under.

- We are open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. every day of the year.

- 3. How do I get to Branson Zipline at Wolfe Creek Preserve?
- If you came in to Branson on Hwy 65 through Springfield, you probably passed right by us. For exact directions, please see our location page for a map and driving directions from both Branson and Springfield, Missouri.

- 4. What should I wear for the zipline tour?
- Guests should wear comfortable clothing that is appropriate for physical activity, such as short sleeve or long sleeve T-shirts and shorts or long pants. Clothing such as swimsuits and dresses are not recommended. All riders must wear closed shoes or closed toe sandals that are strapped on. No loose shoes of any kind are permitted! Riders with long hair are advised to wear their hair in a ponytail, and riders should avoid wearing dangly jewelry. If you forget any of the above appropriate clothing items, we have them available for sale in our gift shop. We also advise guests to wear layers in case of cool or inclement weather. - 5. Is Branson Zipline associated with any industry organizations?
- Yes. Branson Zipline was built by an Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) - certified contractor and its guides are course certified.

- 6. Do you offer group discounts?
- Yes. However, we have a limited daily capacity and highly recommend that you book as far in advance as possible. For current group rates, please contact our group sales department by phone at 1-417-616-5141 or by e-mail at groupsales@bransonzipline.com.

- 7. How much physical effort is involved in this tour?
- We have designed this tour to require minimal physical exertion and to be fun for all ages. There are a few steps and some walking involved. But, if you are capable of walking at the mall, you will be able to enjoy this tour.

- 9. I am pregnant. Can I still participate?
- Due to safety concerns we can not allow anyone who is pregnant to participate on any of our tours.

- 10. Can people with health issues still participate in the tour?
- If you have pre-existing health conditions that impair your physical activity you may want to check with your physician before participating in any of the tours offered by Branson Zipline.

- 11. Do you have any age or weight restrictions?
- We can easily accommodate any age so long as the participant meets our minimum eligibility requirements. However, due to safety concerns all participants must weigh between 70 - 275 pounds.

- 12. Does the tour run in inclement weather?
- We do operate rain or shine, sleet or snow. Typically, we only close the property due to lightening.

- 13. What is your cancellation policy?
- We do not offer cancellations or refunds. We have a limited capacity and reservations are required.

- Typically, our groups are no larger than 12 participants with 2 guides per group.

- 15. What kind of training do your guides receive?
- All guides are course - certified.

- 16. What if I have never done a zipline tour before?
- No experience is required. Our patient guides will help you have the best possible experience. Oh, and this may be your first, but it won't be your last!

- 17. How soon in advance do I need to make reservations?
- You should make them today! We realize this may sound self-serving, but we have a limited daily capacity which forces us to require set time specific reservations and we expect to be fully booked.

- 18. Will I need to sign a waiver?
- Yes, it is required that you sign a waiver similar to any other you may sign to participate in a physical activity. Parents or legal guardian must sign waiver for minor children, waiver can be downloaded here(pdf).

- 19. Can I bring a camera?
- Absolutely! However, your camera must either be strapped to you or secured in a pocket while zipping. If you would prefer not to use your standard camera, we offer disposable cameras at the gift shop, Wolfe Creek Station, located on the premises. Additionally, we will have photo DVDs available after your tour is over.

- 20. What steps have been taken to mitigate danger?
- The zip line course at Branson Zipline were designed and built by an Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) - certified builder. Additionally, the course will be inspected by a third party inspector before opening, and will be inspected daily by a course manager. In addition, a third party inspector will check the property at intervals throughout the year. The ACCT is the leading U.S. organization that sets safety standards for zip line tours and has been accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Also, all guides will be course - certified.
